Shenzhen Motaisi Texture Technology Co., Ltd. provides integrated industrial texture services for automotive, consumer electronics, appliances and other manufacturing applications, from texture development to precision mold texturing.
From Texture Development to Precision Mold Texturing
Founded in Dongguan in 2008, the company relocated to Bao’an District, Shenzhen in early 2020 as part of an industrial upgrade. The 1,500 m² production facility has a technical team of 40+ people and uses imported primary materials. A 2,500 mm wide-format film-output system supports large molds such as instrument panels and bumpers. Roughness, gloss and light-transmission instruments measure textured molds and sample parts, supporting full-vehicle mold-texturing programs.
Services cover texture development, appearance verification, precision mold texturing, inspection and after-sales follow-up. Each project begins with confirmation of the texture direction and application area before moving into plaques, simulation, production and inspection.
